PHUNK is a contemporary art and design collective based in Singapore. They have propagated a visual signature that seamlessly blends and reinterprets their diverse influences such as traditional Chinese craft and folklore, Hong Kong’s wuxia fiction, Japanese manga and otaku subculture, Western popular culture,art and design movements into a singular creative thought that reflects their multi-cultural identity, background and environment. The concept of “universality” in the age of modern globalization is a constant theme in their works.

K+ Faculty launches debut collection


Faculty, a new menswear label founded by President’s Design Award 2014 winner Larry Peh, makes its exclusive debut at K+. Made for the modern and intelligent man, Faculty fills a void in the menswear marketplace by crafting apparel and products that draw influence from Larry’s roots in graphic design, art direction, branding and photography. Designed and packaged in grey, each item reflects the strength of ideas from the use of grey matter in its creation.

Alongside their first collection, Faculty will present an exhibition of campaign photographs shot by renowned photographer John Clang as well as workshops by Japanese indigo dye artisans Buaisou.
